NWT W118 Walter Baker Harriet Dress

This super cute dress can be worn day or night with doc Martens or heels. Sheer panel at the bottom. Seams around waist and chest for a more defined but still laid-back fit. It's really comfortable I just never had the opportunity to wear it.
