NWT WHBM Strapless Black Maxi Dress with Slit and Sparkle Size 2

Beautiful black maxi dress with short black lining and long tulle overlay with a shimmer dot design. Boning and lining at chest, with a poly/spandex dress liner attached at waist for perfect fit. Halter ties have silver beads on them and a hidden back zipper to finish the look. One of the hanger horns had come off so that is attached with a safety pin but does not affect the dress at all.
