noellehodge @reesa_me hello! They are new. The bottoms look as if they’ve been worn but that was only to the yard to lure in my man… ummm it worked haha sorry just being honest. They’re absolutely gorgeous, just too big on me and I need the cash more than the boots I know I can’t wear comfortably. Don’t get me wrong, they’d be very comfortable had they been the right size for me.
