NWT WHITE HOUSE BLACK MARKET NAVY SKT SZ 16

Bought for myself and cannot wear! The colors are darker than the pictures show. Side zip no waistband style. Skirt features knife pleating at the hip line and is made Layered with a coordinating pattern which shows underneath. There is a black polyester lining under both. No pockets. Tag calls the skirt flirty and color is blue depth with ecru. Sizing would fit an average to smaller hip, i am fuller hipped and it just doesnt work on me.Waist is made to fit lower so width is 37". Hip is 46".
