NWT. First.. I LOVE these pants, but the sizing was miscommunicated to me, and they are just a little too tight for me to wear comfortably, and want the next size up. The waist is closer to 13.5” lying flat, though they are meant to be worn lower on your waist. These are 100% cotton, and have a flocked texture on the outside which looks (in my opinion) very cool, boho meets western. Rope like belt is threaded through the waist. There is a hidden button fly.
