Never worn, brand new (with the hygienic liner on the bottoms), and is made of high quality (seersucker) material and there is no denying how cute it is! The top has an elastic band on both the top and bottom of it is which is such a wonderful feature. And the bottoms have a slight v-shape on the top that is a stunning accent and very flattering!
