NWT Whistles of London Embroidered Skirt

New! Whistles of London gorgeous embroidered skirt with lurex crinkle chiffon ruffle at the bottom hem. The embroidery detail is beautiful! The skirt is new, never worn, but does have the word sample written on the back yoke. This can probably be washed out with Shout. Total length from high center back waist is 24". US 4 or UK 36. Machine wash or dry clean.
