NWT White House Black Market Black Tansy Embroidered Cold Shoulder Blouse Sz 12

Reposhing this item I purchased from @locklearjen8228. Loved it, but it did not fit, pit to pit is 20”, I am a little big chested and I couldn’t get it over my breast, it was very tight. The blouse has an inner and out shell, I think the embroidery on the outer shell and the way the inner and outer shells are sown together does not leave room for a bigger chest. This is a unique piece and would be great for a flatter chest or a or b size cup. Unless you’re good with fixing it, I am willing to sell cheap, it has never been worn just tried on. Questions?
