This NWT White House Black Market skirt is a work of art, literally. It features an over-layer of ivory polka dots, a hidden back zipper (with hook/eye closure as well), an asymmetrical front slit (see pic 3), and a lining that purposely ends well before the circle layer of the skirt does.
