Fully lined. 63% viscose, 34% polyester, 3% spandex. Lining: 97% polyester, 3% spandex. Machine wash, cold. Imported. Regular: Approximately 38” in length from shoulder. Petite: Approximately 36” in length from shoulder. Has a very tiny light discoloration spot on front and a small mark on the bottom front. I did not try to remove these as I sometimes will make things worse. Not very noticeable.
