Brand new with tags - poplin dress from White House Black Market. Super cute blue/white patterned dress, perfect for summer wine tasting and parties! Purchased for event last year and ended up not wearing it. I noticed a small mark on the inside of the fabric, as pictured, however it is on the interior of the dress and barely noticeable. Purchased at full price ($128), open to offers as this is an adorable dress and I’d like it to go to a good home!
