NWT White House Black Market Reversible Dreamscape Floral Dress Sz XS

This super soft and well made no iron White House Black Market Dress is black with white flowers. Dress sleeves and hem have tan, blue, and orange. Inside of dress turns inside out to be a solid black dress with same borders. (Personally I prefer the floral dress and not the solid one, but that's me!) The tag is actually on the chest portion which has to do with it being reversible. No spots, rips, or stains and comes from a smoke free environment. Dress measurements are approximately 35" in length, 16" from pit to pit, and 19" across hem. I ship daily.
