NWT White Mark Bright Floral Flare Skirt, Size Large

This is a cute lightweight floral flare skirt with bold colors such as red, blue, yellow, pink and black on a white background. It is a flare skirt and has a one inch stretch waistband. Fabric content is 95% polyester and 5% spandex, machine washable. Measurements are length 18.5 inches and waistband approximately 25 inches (remember it is a stretch waistband).
