NWT White Open Lace One Peace Shorty Short Dress

New Tags on this pretty little shorty dress has lots of open lace. I got this for my daughter however it didn't fit. I would say it's an extra small. Made by Azbro the back has a zipper and a strap across to hold shoulders up. I want you to be happy so I'll take measurements for you so you can be sure of the fit. From shoulder to crouch inseam approximately 30" long. Waist 24" around. Sleeve from underarm to tip 19". Smoke free home.
