NWT - White Polka Dot Blouse - Medium

NWT fabulous white blouse from Garcia bought at Bloomingdale’s in L.A. As you can see the large white dots are not opaque but the rest of the blouse is. Looks stunning with any color underlayer. Stunning blousey sleeves - the arm cuff actually when buttoned stays in place on mid arm giving the blouse full sleeve puffiness. Gorgeous shirt for a very reasonable price !!
