NWT White blouse with collar sash, bought from Francesca's, but the tag on the shirt also says "Charlotte Avery" I am OBSESSED with this blouse, I think it's so pretty and professional, and tbh reminds me of what she wears in Madame Secretary. But it's too big for me. I hope you can put it to good use!
