NWT White floor length evening gown/wedding dress

Never worn, purchased from Nordstrom Rack. Soft tulle bust, leads to a rhinestone belt, and embroidered flowers decorate this A- line dress. Not altered, zipper back, with tie back. One defect as pictured- loose petal by waist that can be easily stitched (purchased this way). Price firm. Beautiful choice for prom, or any formal event!
