NWT White/Black Liz Claiborne Womens Blouse

White Liz Claiborne St size from JCPenney new with tags originally $36. Has a black floral type outline design with a tie up chest design more for looks and doesn't really affect anything size-wise. Does have that string that will create the hanging bow in the front as seen. Wasn't sure how to describe sleeve length as it is for tall but it's 12 in shoulder to tip of the sleeve.
