NWT Wide Leg Green Velvet Jumpsuit

A tie at the waist accentuates the lines of a sleeveless wrap-style jumpsuit with chic wide legs and an open back. NWT and never been worn. The zipper did come off (hence the deep discount), will be an easy fix.
