NWT Winter Kate NRT658 Rose Printed Velvet Tank

New with tags! I have for sale a gorgeous velvet tank by Winter Kate! It has a lovely rose floral black print on a pretty shade of blue for the background. It has a scoop neckline that's embellished with a chiffon or chiffon-like border in black. It is made with 75% viscose and 25% nylon. It measures about 22" long and about 16" across the chest from under the arm.
