NWT Wisconsin Up North Hat

This hat has never been worn. Some of the circular holes around the hat have loose strings (pictured), but this is due to how it was made, not damage from wear. The bottom of the tag has been torn off. There are some lines and dents on the bill of the cap. The hat’s bill is 3 inches long and 7 inches wide. The cap part is 11.6 inches long and 11.1 inches wide. Made from a 100% cotton.
