NWT Witchy Vintage Stretch Velvet Dress, L/XL

Late 90s vintage little back babydoll dress in comfy stretch velvet, with the original tag! Dainty, glittery whimsygoth flowers & leaves accent on the wearer’s left side. So flattering – empire waist, surplice bodice & flutter sleeves! Ties in back with attached fabric belt. From DBY. No fabric/care/size tags. Believed to be poly/spandex blend. Highly wrinkle resistant! Deadstock condition, never worn. There is a little bit of dirt near the bottom that didn’t come off with my lint roller, but should come out with a gentle wash, no problem.
