Another stunning maxi dress from plus size designer, City Chic. The colors and artwork on this dress are absolutely stunning as it is rouched at the V-neck top of the dress. The straps tie at your comfort level. The back offers lots of smocking and stretch. The ruffles are absolutely stunning. The primary colors are a yellow, gold, chocolate, brown, hot pink, magenta, mauve, white, and yellow. The birds are stunning as well. I just can’t say stunning enough because this dress is so gorgeous. Distress is a 26W which is equivalent to approximately a 3X. It is made of 100% this cause. It is machine washable and cold water.
