NWT Women's Rue 21 ruffle floral and paisley skirt medium 30-34" waist

This is a Rue 21 floral and paisley ruffled skirt. It is new with tags. It is a women's size medium. 100% rayon. Waist is 30-34" and it measures 15 1/2" from top to bottom of skirt. It has an elastic waist with a drawstring. Super cute! All clothing is laundered and placed in clean totes where it remains until it is sold. I am selling everything we cannot use or do not need due to my husband's failing health. We could use the extra money. I do offer discounts when more than one item is purchased.
