NWT Worthington Striped Mini Skirt

I bought this skirt because WHO WOULDN'T but gah! It's just too big. It needs to find a new home. Can you see this with tall boots, black tights and a black turtleneck? So, so cool. Fully lined, ready to go. 18 inches at the waist and 18 1/2 long. Usually I'm open to offers but on this piece, I'm pricing it to simply recoup what I paid. Thanks for looking! :-)
