NWT XL beautiful royal blue velvet evening dress

NWT XL beautiful royal blue velvet evening dress. This dress is very comfortable and figure flattering. I have a larger tummy and it is very forgiving it that region and very flattering to the busy region. I purchased it for an event that I ended up not attending I lost weight and it is now too large. It is floor length on me I am 5’5” if any taller it would be tea length which I think would be lovely. In excellent condition from nonsmoking home.
