New with tags ! The measurements for the extra small are 17 inches armpit to armpit 12 inches at the waist but stretches to 17 inches and 33 inches shoulder to hem. For the XXL are 25 inches armpit to armpit 17 inches at the waist but stretches to 25 inches, and 34 inches shoulder to hem. The material is 98% polyester and 2% other fibers.
