Dress is lined.  Shell fabric is 60% silk and 40% polyester, lining is 100% polyester.   Measurements taken while the dress was flat and unstretched.   Across Bust (armpit to armpit) = 15" Around bust = 30" Across Waist = 10" (waist has elastic and will stretch beyond this measurement.) Around waist 20" but will stretch further as it's elastic. Across Hip = 20" Around hip = 40" Length = 34.5"
