NWT Yves Cossette Depeche Mode Dress Petite 2

Yves Cossette Depeche Mode Women's Petite Size 2.  NWT (Retailed $120, bought for $89.99 on sale) I put that the dress is knee-length but the dress hangs below my knee (I am 5'5 for reference). I think it would be a midi for someone a few inches shorter than myself. The dress falls 38 Inches from the shoulder as depicted in the picture.  Outer Shell is 100% polyester and lining is 100% silk. Condition is never worn, New With Tags.
