NWT Zara long sleeve blue & white crop blouse

Brand new with tags. Light blue and white checkered pattern. This blouse feature four buttons in the front as well as a tie at the bottom. It has an elastic band on the back as pictured for a nice fit. The sleeves have a cute detail as well.
