New with tags, wide leg pants, zip fly with button and hook clasp, elastic back. Pom Pom trim at hem (all pompoms intact). Unstretched waist approximately 13.5, will stretch much more due to elastic back. Length top of waistband to hem approximately 33, plus pompoms. See photos for actual measurements.
