Size 13 Laid flat it measures: Bust: 18” but it can be tied to be slightly more snug with the back string Waist: 14” Skirt length is 42” from the shortest part of the bodice Please be aware that several of the areas have the beads missing (extra beads are included for repair) and some of the tulle on the skirt is ripped. It isn’t noticeable unless you look up close and it may be fixed
