NWT and NEVER WORN! Brand new shirt from Commense.

Really fun tie-up shirt by Commense. There are two ties in the middle. One at the bust and one right above the belly button, so the tightness/fit is adjustable. Size is XL and measurements are pictured. As a 38DD it was slightly tight in the bust so was not fitting as desired.
