alohamegsy @shannonluu hi! I’m so sorry it took me so long to get back to you. The length of the skirt is 50”, the waist is 15” but It’s hard to measure bc it’s open back, so will fit everyone differently, I do think it would fit an XS. I’m 5’10/size 26 and my torso is long, so the skirt hit me too high to fit properly. The website says order your normal size, they don’t provide measurements I think bc of the versatility of this dress. It’s gorgeous. Lmk if need anything else :)
