NWT light cream/off white chiffon/silky blouse (actual material polyester i think) with pink blush and black floral pattern. Sexy ruffled neck with black tie and small button closure. Tag says xs, but fits more like a small. Loose fit. Gorgeous with skinny jeans, or dress it up!
