seahorsemomma @4snowball I just remeasured flat and fastened and an posting the photo in last position - Laying flat it's almost 17" pit to pit , which is closer to 34" or at least 33". Not sure if that's snug , you probably can't wear anything thick underneath .

seahorsemomma @4snowball My mannequin is 34" a size 4-6 and it still has room on both sides while fastened !!! There's about 3/4" extra on each side ! I'm a 38" and it was only about 3" from closing on me if that helps 🌸 I guess it's roomier than it looks xo I'm open to reasonable offers
