NWT bebe Creamy Strapless Dress

Brand new, never been worn -with tags! bebe creamy strapless banded top dress, size SMALL. Front bust area is bandage and back is corset-like. Bottom half of the dress is ruched mesh. There’s a back zipper and it comes with removable, adjustable straps. Very form fitting. Super cute and sexy! *I’m 5’7”, so the dress comes a little above mid-thigh for me. On the banded top, there’s a barely visible small faint black dot from color transfer and a fuzz ball on the stitching.(shown in photo)*
