NWT black and white striped knit dress, She & Sky

Black and white sleeveless dress by She & Sky. Very flattering drape, asymmetrical handkerchief hem. Coordinating tie belt. When I was taking pics of this, I noticed a gap in the hem on the tie and am showing that in one of the pics. Fabric is soft like a tshirt and has stretch to it. NWT Approx sizing 32" bust, stretches to 38" 43" long to lowest part of hem
