NWT black gorgeous mini skirt

Brand new never worn with tags still! This skirt is gorgeous and the tulle is just right! Not too much but the perfect amount to be sexy and girly! Truly love this skirt but since moving to a smaller space I need to get rid of half my closet. Paid $38 with tax for this skirt. It's yours for $25! Just recently purchased so truly like from store!
