NWT black patent chunky Oxford heels. Never been worn

brand new with tag and original bag. bought for an event and only tried them on in the house once, never worn beyond that. they didn't work how I'd hoped for the look I was putting together and I forgot to return them in time! they're very comfortable and supportive, especially for a heel. chunky heel and sole make them easy to walk in as well. tiny scuffs on one heel-see photos which could easily be fixed.
