NWT black peplum lace dress in sz 16

NWT little black dress peplum dress with lace detail. This is new with tags and is the perfect little black dress. Sleeveless. Black lace on to. Back zipper closure. The waist area is a drowned with a faux leather strip belt that shows Wei long and light scratching. When stretched it looks fine but it could also be that the dress needs to be pressed. Dress will be received wrinkled since it’s in a storage box . Bust is about 40” and waist is about 26”. Full length is about 42”. Will need pressing as it’s wrinkled and stored in a storage box.
