NWT bloomchic 30 black tiered dress

New with tag bloomchic size 30, 6x black dress with a fabulous print on the front. While it looks like embroidery, it is a print. Tiered ruffles. Note the skull print dress is the same make so u can see the way it fits. It’s only to show fit, not pattern.
