NWT blue and white sequin dress size L

Fabulous blue and white dress ruffle hem and clear sequins. Size L It doesn’t scream sequins, just enough to catch the light. Great for a wedding or date. Never wore it as my plans changed. it’s more lovely in person. Approx 36 inches shoulder to hem. Approx 20 inches across bust. Pulls on easily. No zipper.
