Very cute floral dress, perfect for any semi formal! Green lining with a blue sheer floral over. Lightly padded Sweetheart neckline (with rubber strips so it stays put), fitted body with a full flowy above the knee skirt. Sleeves are fully sheer floral pattern and can be worn on or off the shoulder. Brand new with tags. Bought for my daughters homecoming and it didn’t fit her up top. There is a small cut on the inside where we were going to take the pads out but didn’t. Size small
