NWT boutique shiny black leggings

Never worn and new with tags from a boutique. These high waisted black shiny, leggings have a gold stripe down the side of the legs with a slit at the bottom. Just enough stretch for the leggings feeling but not too much, so they always stay up! Dress down with a sweatshirt and sneakers or dress up with booties and a sweater. Perfect for the holidays so you can look cute but still be comfy! Honestly I love these, they just don’t fit me!
