NWT by SO mint green S custom measurements will be below soft Sherpa pull over

NTW by SO Size small however I did have custom measurements. It is a like mid waist type of pull over so right now tip to tip for the arms is 21 inches the arm length is actually 17 1/2 from the top to the bottom of the whole entire pull over it’s 20 and head and a half inches. It does have the V-neck zipper in the front works perfectly and it is an elastic waist.
