NWT copper asymmetrical halter dress from Express

I am really sad to be listing this bc I think it’s so pretty but I just does work for me 😞 it has an elastic waistline with a halter top. The neckline has 2 hooks and eyes for closure. The back has a slit that goes down to the waist line.
