NWT cotton dress / shirt red stripe SMALL

Breezy cotton fabric shirt or dress (24 inches from arm pit) Could wear it open (use as a "jacket") over jeans and a tank top- or body con dress Very cute - good travel piece because you can do many things with it. beach cover- dress- shirt -"blazer-jacket" NYC designer too :) (not me) dress. Says size 1 (out of 3) I would say small /medium Chest is 20- and the width is the same the whole length it fits me (@size6/8 - 36d) but I think more room would be nicer and maybe a little short for a dress -but depends on you!!! :) no returns -sorry
