NWT cute pink button down striped dress, Size S

Really cute pink striped, button down dress, NWT!! Bought from Charlotte Russe before their store closures a while back. Needs a good steam/ironing. Buttons all are working buttons down the front. Size S. Comes with a matching tie belt, and also tie details at the sleeve (pictured). Colors are light and dark pink striped, along with thin blue and orange stripes.
