NWT dark red cocktail dress

Polyester flocked with viscose to give it a flocked appearance, this blood red dress with an open back is gorgeous. It says it’s a medium but it’s a very small medium so I’ll mark it small. 34” shoulder to hem 15” shoulder to shoulder but the top is small.
